SHIPPING & RETURNS

At the present time,  Essence of Renee' ships products to locations only in the U.S. Purchased items will be shipped within 5-7 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends).

Being that there is no signature required upon delivery, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost or stolen. No refund will be issued. Please contact your local post office for any questions regarding lost or stolen packages.

If an item is sold out or is out of stock after your order has been placed, you will be notified Immediately via email and a full refund will be provided.

 

Unfortunately, an item can be sold out at anytime before the daily system update. We apologize in advance should this ever happen and will notify you accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
